I took a trip to Wulai yesterday. Wulai is known for its famous hot spring and Atayal Tribe culture. Unlike most springs with thick smell of sulfur, the hot spring in Wulai is weak base of sodium bicarbonate with no color clear quality. I had tried the local specialty - millet rice cake. Wulai hand-made millet rice cake focuses on its various tastes. I also ate the roast mountain pork and cherry sausage. That mouth feel is really extremely delicious.
